I believe life is very beautiful.
Today, 17 people in the UK alone will take their own lives to end their battle with depression. Life is beautiful and no one should ever be made to feel awful enough to have to take that away from themselves. So if you do one thing today, tomorrow, whenever - just one thing - please, ask someone if they’re feeling okay, give someone some advice, give someone a hug because you never know how much something like that will mean to someone. Thank you

Today I got lazy, I couldn’t think up a decent belief so I so kindly borrowed some lyrics off my friend Darren Hayes, ex-singer of Australian phenomenon, Savage Garden. I love thei song Affirmation especially because every line starts with ‘I believe’. If you haven’t yet heard that song then I suggest you youtube it!
